Our place, Siddhivinayak Agri Processing Private Limited, is located at Rh 1 in Konark Riviera on Nagar Road. Yerwada is a busy area, and being right on the main road means there is always traffic and noise. We spend our time working on agricultural processing. Mostly, we deal with things like potatoes and getting them from the farms to where they need to go. It is a lot of logistics and talking to farmers in the rural areas. The office here in Yerwada is where we handle the paperwork and the planning. It isn't a very large space, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We started this because we wanted to bridge the gap between the fields and the markets. Sometimes the supply is great and sometimes it isn't, which makes things stressful. We don't have fancy slogans. We just try to make sure the produce is handled right so it doesn't go to waste. A lot of the staff have been with us since we were much smaller. We know each other's families and how we all work. It’s more like a small group of people working together than a big company. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking over spreadsheets or talking to truck drivers. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. We are just local people working in the agri trade.
