Siddhi Constructions (Builder)

Down in Dhankawadi, we operate Siddhi Constructions out of Plot No 63 in the Mauli building. It’s tucked inside the Daulat Nagar Housing Society, which is a quiet enough spot for us to handle the building side of things. Pune is growing so fast, and being in the 411043 area keeps us right in the middle of it. We started as a small builder team and just kept going from there. The office is basically where all the plans get spread out on the tables and we drink a lot of tea while figuring out the next steps for the sites. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure the trucks arrive when they are supposed to. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a working space. Sometimes the traffic in Pune makes it hard to get from one plot to another, but we manage. My team and I have been around this neighborhood for years, so we know the local people and how the land is around here. We just take one project at a time and try to make sure everything is solid. People know where to find us if they have an issue or want to talk about a new project. We don’t have a big marketing team, it’s just us doing the actual building work and keeping the records straight in the ledger.
