Siddheshwar Industries

Siddheshwar Industries is out in the H Block of MIDC in Pimpri, Pune. Our plot number is A 140. If you’ve ever been to Pimpri, you know it’s a massive industrial area with a lot of noise and trucks. Our place is right in the middle of all that. We have a small office attached to the main work area. It’s usually pretty loud because of the machines running nearby. You can always smell oil and metal in the air. We’ve been at this plot for a good while. The office has some old furniture and a lot of technical manuals lying around. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. Most of the time, the people in the office are wearing work clothes because they've just come off the shop floor. We handle industrial manufacturing and there’s always something that needs fixing or a part that’s running late. It’s a busy life. We have a few guys who have been with us since we started. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. Every bit of space is used for something practical. If someone stops by, they’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a production schedule or a machine repair. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but we’re used to it. The tea here is strong and the days are usually long. There's always some grease on the table and the sound of a welder in the background.
