We are based over at Plot No. 98 in Sector No. 7 of the PCNTDA area in Bhosari. Siddheshwar Forging And Auto Parts Pvt. Ltd. is basically a place where we work with heavy metal every single day. It is an industrial environment and it can get pretty greasy and hot around the machines. We spend a lot of our time on the shop floor making sure the various auto parts are being forged correctly. The sound of hammers and heavy presses is pretty much the constant background music of our lives while we are here. Bhosari is a very busy industrial hub, so there are always trucks coming and going with raw materials or finished metal components. It is definitely not a clean-office type of job. We usually have oil stains on our uniforms and iron dust on the floorboards by the end of the shift. Our team is a mix of people who have been doing this for many years and some newer faces still learning the trade. We deal with high heat and heavy equipment, so everyone has to stay alert while they are working. Every day involves checking the molds and seeing that the metal is flowing exactly right. It is honest, physical work, even if it is loud and exhausting sometimes. We do not spend time on fancy presentations; we just focus on the parts sitting on the pallets. We have been here a long time.
