Siddhartha Industries

We are located at 137 in the Chinchwad MIDC area, specifically inside the Parmar Industrial Complex. If you are coming from the main road, we are quite near the Aishvryam Complex, which is a big landmark for people trying to find us. Siddhartha Industries has been in this shed for some time now. It’s a typical industrial setup with high ceilings and a lot of grease on the floor from the machines. We mostly deal with parts and fabrication work that goes into bigger machines elsewhere. The noise from the neighboring units is constant, so you kind of get used to shouting over the sound of hammers and grinders. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. Usually, you just walk in and see whoever is standing by the main power board. Our days are pretty repetitive, starting with checking the power and then getting the guys onto their stations. Sometimes the material doesn't arrive on time and we end up sitting around the complex entrance talking to the other workers. Lunch is usually just a tiffin brought from home, eaten quickly before the next shift starts. It is a lot of hard work and the floor gets messy with metal scraps, but we try to keep things moving as much as we can. It’s just an ordinary life in the Chinchwad industrial belt for all of us here.
