Siddharth Enterprises

Our business, Siddharth Enterprises, is situated in Bhawani Peth, specifically at Survey No 541. We’re located in Shop No 5 of the Memjade Apartment building. We share the space with Siddharth Trading Company, so it’s a bit of a combined effort between us. Bhawani Peth is a very traditional and crowded market area, which means there’s never a quiet or dull moment outside our door. The streets are narrow and always filled with handcarts, delivery vans, and people carrying heavy bags. Inside our shop, we deal with various wholesale goods and basic retail items. It’s a lot of inventory management and talking to different suppliers on the phone all morning. The apartment building itself is quite busy, with people living in the flats upstairs and several businesses on the ground floor. We’ve been in this same spot for a good while, and we know almost all the other shopkeepers on this block. Sometimes we sit out on the front step when the shop’s not busy just to watch the chaos of the market go by. It’s not a modern office by any means; we have heavy wooden desks and stacks of old ledgers everywhere. We prefer doing things the old-fashioned way with paper and pen. The ceiling fan in the corner keeps the air moving, which is very necessary during the hot months. It’s just a practical place to run things from.
