Siddhart Industries. We are based out of J-434 in the M.I.D.C. area of Bhosari. If you’ve ever been to Pune’s industrial belt, you know exactly what it’s like here. It’s all about the sound of machines and the smell of cut metal. Our unit isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We’ve been in the J block for quite some time now. My brother and I usually handle the daily stuff, along with a few helpers who have stayed with us through the ups and downs. The office is just a small corner with a desk that’s covered in papers and blueprints. We don’t have any fancy corporate offices in the city; we prefer being right here where the actual work happens. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is where we do most of our talking with neighbors and clients. It’s a practical life. We get the raw materials in, we process them, and we ship them out. There isn't much room for anything else. The power fluctuates sometimes, which is annoying, but that’s just part of being in Bhosari. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth has always been enough for us. If someone needs something made, they know we’re at J-434 and we’ll get it done without any fuss or complicated talk. We just focus on the job and getting through the week.
