Sical Logistics Ltd is situated right in Dehugaon. This is part of the Haveli taluka in the Pune district, 412 109. Being in Dehugaon means we are in a place with a lot of history and spiritual significance because of the temple, but our day-to-day is much more grounded in transport and moving goods. The area gets very crowded during festivals, which makes moving trucks a bit of a nightmare, but we plan around it. Our staff knows the local shortcuts. The work we do here is mostly about managing the flow of items coming in and out. It’s a lot of loading, unloading, and keeping the books straight. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just do the job. The office is a bit old-fashioned but it serves its purpose well enough. We have a lot of space for the vehicles to park. Most of us have been working here for years. You get used to the noise and the constant movement of the warehouse. It’s a steady kind of life. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the cargo gets to where it’s supposed to go without too much trouble. It’s practical work for practical people. That’s how we’ve always operated here in Dehugaon.
