Shyadhadri Roofit Ltd Yavat is actually run out of Chinchwad. We are in Flat No 304 of the Chirantan Apartment. It’s in Bhim Nagar, near Jagtap Pandurang B. It's a bit of a residential-feeling spot for an office, but it works for us. Pune is a big city and Chinchwad is a busy part of it. We do roofing work. It’s dusty and hard, but it’s what we do. The apartment building is just a normal place where we keep our records and meet up before going out to sites. We aren't a big corporation with a glass building. We’re just a bunch of guys who know how to put roofs on buildings. Most of the time we are out on the job, but the office in Bhim Nagar is where the heart of the business is. It’s a bit crowded with papers and samples sometimes. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us sitting at a desk with a cup of tea or looking over a blueprint. It's a simple setup. We like it that way because it keeps things honest. We've been working around Pune for a while now and we know the streets and the weather here. It's just a local operation. We don't do fancy commercials. People just find us. The apartment is on the third floor, so there are some stairs to climb.
