Shubham Civil Projects Pvt Ltd is located at A1/3 on Senapati Bapat Road. If you know where Hotel Sahara is, we are just right there. SB Road is always moving, and our office is no different. We deal with civil projects, which basically means a lot of cement, steel, and planning. Our space is filled with old files and rolled-up charts. We don't bother with fancy decorations. We have been working from this location for a good amount of time now. The noise from the street is always there, but we don't really notice it anymore. We are usually busy talking to contractors or checking on the site progress. It’s not a glamorous job. You end up with mud on your shoes most days. We have a small team and we all do a bit of everything. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs to be picked up from the site, one of us just goes and does it. We keep things straightforward. People come in to talk about their buildings and we give them the facts. No sugarcoating or corporate talk. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we are all stressed out, but we manage to get through. The lunch breaks are usually spent at one of the small stalls near Hotel Sahara. It’s a very grounded way of working. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things right and keep our word to the people we work for.
