Shroff Group

Shroff Group is located at Sazela Niwas in the Bhabha Nagar area of Nashik. We have been here at No. 11 for a long time. It is part of the Jaggnath Housing Society, so it has a bit of a residential feel where our office is. Mumbai Naka is just around the corner, which is convenient for getting around the city when we need to visit sites. We do a bit of everything in the group. It started small and grew as the family got more involved over the years. Nashik is a good place to be, it is not as crazy as Mumbai but it is getting busier every year. We usually have people coming in and out of the office all day long. There is always tea on the stove and someone talking about a new project or an old one that needs finishing up. We do not really have a big corporate ladder or fancy titles here. If there is a problem, we just sit down and talk it out until it is fixed. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we catch up eventually. People in Bhabha Nagar know us as the Shroffs. We like being part of the local community here. It is a practical way to run a business without all the fuss. We focus on what is in front of us and try to do right by the people we work with every day.
