Shriram Auto Garage

Working out of Pavna Indl.Complex is always an experience. We are down on the ground floor, unit T-204, right in the middle of the M.I.D.C. area. Shriram Auto Garage is basically just a spot where things get oily and loud. You know how those industrial complexes are, everyone is busy and there’s always the sound of some machine or a truck reversing somewhere nearby. We spend our days here at C-16, Gr. Flr. Pavna Indl.Complex T-204, surrounded by tools and spare parts. It’s not exactly the cleanest place in the world, but it’s an auto garage, so you expect a bit of grease on the floor. The M.I.D.C. atmosphere is pretty gritty. We see the same faces every day, people from the other units popping in or just passing by. Shriram Auto Garage has its own rhythm. We open up early, get the lights on, and start looking at whatever needs fixing that day. Some days are faster than others. Sometimes we just sit on the stools and talk for a bit when it’s quiet. We don’t have fancy office chairs or a lobby. It’s just the workshop and us. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons under the industrial roof, but we’re used to it by now. Shriram Auto Garage is just a local business trying to stay busy in a crowded complex. We close up when the light fades and the other shops start shutting their shutters.
