We are located on the ground floor of H No. 617/1 in Parol, which is over in the Bhiwandi area of Thane. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Aditya Hotel. Bhiwandi is a massive hub for textiles, and we are just one of the many units operating here. Shrihariomkar Textile LLP is our little corner of the world. The ground floor location is great because we are always moving heavy bundles of cloth in and out. It’s a busy street and there are always tempos parked outside. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of machines and people talking over the noise. We don't have a fancy setup. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. Most of our day is spent checking the quality of the weaving and making sure the machines are oiled. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. Sometimes we grab lunch from the hotel next door when we are too busy to go home. We don't have any big corporate goals or mission statements. We just want to keep the machines running and the orders moving. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. The humidity in Bhiwandi can be tough, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused on the fabric.
