Shri Sankatmochan Hanuman Seva Foundation

Shri Sankatmochan Hanuman Seva Foundation is located out in Karunj, in the Maval area. It is a bit different from being in the middle of a big city like Pune or Mumbai. Things are a bit slower here, and we like it that way. We do not have a fancy office building with a numbered suite. People just know where we are in the village. It is more of a community-based thing. We have been part of the Maval landscape for quite some time now. Most of our work happens right out in the open or in small local spaces. We do not have a big team of executives. It is mostly just neighbors helping neighbors. We do whatever needs doing, whether it is helping someone with paperwork or organizing a local event. The air is a bit cleaner out here, and we do not have to deal with the constant traffic jams. But it also means we have to work harder to stay connected. We do not have a lot of resources, so we make do with what we have. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep going anyway. It is a very honest way of working. No one is trying to impress anyone else. We are just here to do our part for the folks in Karunj and the surrounding areas. It is a simple life, but the work we do feels important.
