Shri Gulabrao Eshwara Khandveeducational Foundation

We are out in Lohagaon, specifically at Sathewasti. The foundation is named after Shri Gulabrao Eshwara Khandve. We’re at Sr. No. 288/12/1/2. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the name and the address, but we’ve been here long enough that people just know us by now. Our focus is mainly on education. We think every kid in the Tal-Haveli area should have a decent chance at learning. It’s not a fancy private school setup. We work with what we have. Most of our days are spent talking to teachers and parents in the area. We have a small office where we handle the records and plan things out. Lohagaon has grown a lot lately, and the needs of the people have changed with all the new buildings. We try to keep up as best as we can. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we run out of space for all the books we collect. We aren't trying to be some high-end institution with a big gate. We just want to make sure the local kids are learning something useful for their future. The traffic around here can be tough, especially with the airport nearby, but we make it work. It’s honest work, and it keeps us connected to the ground. We aren't looking for awards or anything special, just trying to keep the foundation running for the next generation of kids. It's a busy life but it's worth it for the neighborhood.
