Our place, Shri Ganesh Cnc Microtech Pvt. Ltd., is out in the MIDC area of Bhosari. We are at El-39/7. If you’ve ever walked around Bhosari, you know it’s a place where things are actually built. Our workshop is full of CNC machines that hum and whir all day long. There’s a constant smell of cutting fluid and coolants. It’s not the kind of place for someone who likes peace and quiet. We spend our time checking measurements and making sure the machines are programmed right. It’s precision work, but the environment is pretty rough and ready. We’ve got metal shavings on the floor and grease on the handles. We don't have a fancy boardroom or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us standing by a machine or checking a drawing on a clipboard. We take our breaks together, usually sitting on whatever stools we can find. The MIDC area is always busy, with trucks coming and going, so there’s always something happening outside. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a local business doing microtech work in the heart of Bhosari. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the night fixing them, but that’s just the nature of the job. We don't put on any airs or graces. We just focus on the metal in front of us and making sure the parts are done.
