Shreya & Shrishti Associates

Shreya & Shrishti Associates is located over in Pune, specifically in the Nigadi area. We set up our office in the Ajinkytara Housing Society, in building 3/2. We are staying with S.A. Kadam, who helps us keep things organized. It’s a nice enough place to work, even if it’s a bit different from a traditional office. Being in a housing society means it’s mostly families and regular people around, which we actually prefer. It keeps things grounded. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find us because someone they know told them where we are. We do a lot of associate-level work, which basically means a lot of meetings, documents, and planning. Shreya and Shrishti both have their own ways of doing things, but it all comes together in the end. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and quiet enough for us to focus. We often have tea while we go over the week's schedule. Pune is a fast-growing city, but Nigadi feels a bit more like a community. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards at the gate don't ask for our IDs anymore. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours. We don't use any fancy management software or anything, just some notebooks and a shared computer. It’s enough to get the job done right every day. It's just how we like to run things around here.
