We are located over in Kondhwa Khurd, specifically at Allauddin Park in the Pokale Mala area. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you get here, it is a decent little spot. Our space is on Sr No 38/3/1/7B. It is mostly just a few rooms where we sit and talk with women from the nearby streets. There is usually a lot of talking going on, and sometimes it gets a bit emotional, but that is just the nature of what we do. We do not have fancy furniture or a big lobby. Most of the time, we are just sitting on plastic chairs around a wooden table. We help with whatever comes up—legal stuff, family issues, or just finding a way to earn a bit of extra money. The windows let in a good breeze, which is nice in the afternoons when it gets hot. We keep a lot of files, and sometimes they get a bit messy, but we know where everything is. It is not a corporate environment at all. We are just local people trying to make sure the women around here have someone to turn to when things get difficult. Sometimes we share lunch together, whatever someone brought from home. It is a simple, honest place where nobody has to put on an act. We just do our best with what we have.
