SHREEMANTAARTHIK URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

We are Shreemantaarthik Urban Nidhi Limited, and our office is located over at Flat 203 in the Shree Sai Aaradhya building. It’s right there in Manjari Budruk, an area that’s been changing a lot lately with all the new construction around Pune. Our workspace isn’t anything fancy, just a regular room where we keep the registers and talk to the people who walk in from the neighborhood. Most days, you’ll find a couple of us sitting at the desks handling the accounts and paperwork. The building is on Survey Number 138, and if you know the area, it’s pretty easy to find once you get off the main road. The parking can be a bit tight sometimes during the afternoon, but that’s just how it is here. We’ve been part of this community for a bit now, and we see the same faces coming in to sort out their savings or ask about their accounts. It’s mostly just quiet work, clicking of pens and the hum of the ceiling fan. We don’t have big signs or a lobby like the big banks in the city center. It feels more like a home office than a corporate place. People come in, pull up a plastic chair, and we talk through whatever needs doing. Outside, you can hear the traffic and the local vendors. It’s a busy spot but we keep things simple inside these four walls. We just try to keep the books straight and be here when the doors open every morning.
