Our place is located in Mitramandal Colony over in the Parvati area. It’s at S No 484/10. If you are familiar with this part of the city, you know it’s a mix of residential houses and small businesses tucked away in the lanes. We aren't on a main highway or anything, so it’s a bit quieter than the central markets. The setup here is pretty basic. We have some storage space and a small area where we handle the paperwork and meet people who come by. It’s the kind of place where you might find a stray cat hanging out near the door or neighbors stopping by for a quick chat. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. It’s usually just one of us picking up and seeing what’s needed. The colony has a nice feel to it, and we've been here long enough that most of the people nearby know who we are. Some mornings start early when we have a lot of stock to move, and other afternoons we might just be sitting around organizing the records. It is a practical business run by regular people who just want to do a decent day's work. We don't really go for anything flashy, just the usual routine of keeping things moving and making sure the supplies are where they need to be.
