You can find us in Flat 902 of the H Building, which is part of the Konark Indrayu Enclave II on NIBM Road. This is over in the Kondhwa area of Pune. We are up on the ninth floor, so we get a bit of a breeze and a decent view of the neighborhood. Shree Kubera Realtors is not a huge operation. It’s just us working out of this flat to manage property deals. We handle a lot of residential stuff because we are right in the middle of a big housing complex. Most of our day is spent talking to people who want to move into the area or owners who are looking to sell. We have a few desks set up and plenty of space for all the paperwork that real estate requires. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere here, not like those high-pressure offices you see in the movies. We’ve seen Kondhwa change a lot over the years with all the new construction. We try to keep ourselves updated on all the new rules and prices. Sometimes we are out for most of the day visiting sites or going to the registration office. If we aren't in, we are usually just a phone call away. We don’t have any slick marketing or big promises. We just do the work and try to be honest about what we see in the market. It's a steady way to make a living and we like being part of the community here.
