Shree Balaji Landmarks

Our place is Office No. 3 in Sadguru Arcade. It is right on Nagar Road in the Ubale Nagar area of Wagholi. If you are driving past the Maple Hotel, you will see us right there. Shree Balaji Landmarks is just a local business trying to keep up with all the growth happening in Pune lately. Wagholi used to be a lot quieter, but now there is traffic all the time and new buildings popping up everywhere. Our office is pretty straightforward and practical. We do not have fancy leather chairs or a big reception area. It is just a place where we meet and talk about land and building projects. It gets quite dusty outside because of all the new work going on along Nagar Road. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans spread out on the table. The team here knows this neighborhood well. We have seen the shops and the roads change over the years. We are not trying to impress anyone with big speeches or polished presentations. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and go home. Sometimes people drop in just to ask for directions because we are right next to the hotel. We do not mind. It is just how things are around here. It gets a bit noisy with the trucks, but you get used to it. We just focus on the work in front of us.
