Shree Bal Land Developers

Down in Navi Peth, right on 7th Main Road at number 9, is where you will find our office. Shree Bal Land Developers is a small setup. We do not have a massive crew, just a few local people who know this area really well. It is a pretty simple office inside. We have got some old maps on the walls and a lot of files. Navi Peth is a good spot to be, centrally located and easy for most people to get to. We spend a lot of our time out and about, but the office at number 9 is where the actual work gets settled. It is a bit dusty sometimes and the chairs are getting old, but it works perfectly fine for us. We are not into those big shiny advertisements you see everywhere. Word of mouth usually does the trick for our business. People just stop by when they are in the neighborhood. We talk about what is available and what is not. There is no pressure at all, just a normal conversation between people. We have seen 7th Main Road change quite a bit over time, and we are just part of the scenery now. It is a modest way to run a business, but we honestly prefer it that way. No corporate jargon or fancy mission statements. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. It is just honest work and we are happy to be here.
