Shree Bal Developers

We’ve been over here at Kapil Malhar Towers in Baner for a while now. It’s building T2, room 101, just so you know where to find us in Pune. Shree Bal Developers is mostly just a group of us working on building things around here. It’s not a huge fancy setup, just a regular office where we look at plans and talk to people about their homes. Sometimes it gets a bit busy with the traffic in Baner, but we like it here. We started this because there was a need for more housing in this part of town. Pune has changed so much lately. You can see new buildings popping up everywhere you look. We try to keep things straightforward with our projects. No one likes a complicated process when they are looking for a place to stay or invest their money. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on sites. It’s hard work, but it keeps us going. We spend a lot of time just making sure the paperwork is right and the workers have what they need. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the different spots we are working on. If you ever stop by the office, someone is usually around, unless we’re all out at a site. We’ve got some coffee and a few chairs for visitors. It’s a plain office, nothing too flashy, just enough to get the job done every day.
