Shree Bal Developers

We’ve been operating out of Pune for a bit now, specifically in the Old Sanghvi area. Our office is B-24 in the Sunshine Terraces building. It’s a pretty well-known spot near the S.T. Colony, so people usually don't have too much trouble finding their way here. Being in Pune, the traffic can be a real headache some days, and Old Sanghvi has its fair share of narrow roads and busy corners. Sunshine Terraces is a typical apartment and office complex. We call ourselves Shree Bal Developers. Inside, it’s just a normal office with desks, some chairs, and probably too many folders scattered around. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to folks who come by the office to discuss things. It isn’t a high-pressure corporate environment at all. We like to keep things a bit more casual. Sometimes we will be out on the balcony watching the cars go by when we need a little break from the computer screens. The neighborhood has a lot of little shops and eateries, so there is always somewhere to grab a quick snack or a hot tea. It’s a busy part of town, but that is just how Pune is these days. We’ve been here for a while and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work and go home. It’s simple and it works.
