Shree Ashapura Properties Pushpa Pearl

We are located over in Khondhwa, working out of the space here for Pushpa Pearl. It is usually pretty busy outside on the street, but inside it is mostly quiet except for when the phone rings or someone stops by to ask about what is available. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of maps and drawings pinned up on the walls so we can see where everything is. Khondhwa has changed a lot since we first started out, with new buildings going up everywhere you look, and we are just right in the middle of it all. Most of the day is spent looking over papers or going out to the site to see how things are moving along. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we are always dusting off the table. It is just me and a couple of others here most of the time. We do not really do the big sales pitches you see on TV. We just show people what we have and let them decide if it works for them. Usually, we end up talking about the local market or where the best place to get lunch is nearby. It is a regular job, and we try to keep things straightforward for everyone who walks through the door. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and we just fit into the daily flow of things here without much fuss.
