SHRAMIK FEEDING SYSTEMS

Our workshop is located at Gate No. 464 on Rajashiv Chhatrapati School Road in Talwade. It’s a bit of a drive out to Sant Tukaram Nagar, but it’s a good place for manufacturing. We make feeding systems here, the kind of stuff used in factories to move parts along a line. It involves a lot of metalwork and fine-tuning. If the vibration isn't just right, the whole thing doesn't work. We spend hours adjusting bowls and tracks. The floor is usually noisy because we’re testing the machines to make sure they move the parts correctly. It’s a hands-on environment. Most of us have grease on our shirts by noon. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most people find us because they heard we do okay work from someone else in the industry. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, and the school nearby means there’s a lot of traffic at certain times of the day. We just work around it. Inside, the shelves are packed with stainless steel parts and various tools. It feels like a real shop, not an office. We take our tea breaks outside by the gate when the sun is out. It’s steady work, and we’ve got a small crew that knows what they’re doing. We’re just trying to keep the machines running and the orders moving out of Talwade.
