We are Shoba Developrs, and we are based in Pune. You can find our office at Bansal Vihar on Digi Road in the Bosari area. It's in the 411039 zip code, though some people just say Pune-39. This area has grown a lot since we started, and there is always some kind of construction going on nearby. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly just a spot to store our files and meet with people who are interested in our development projects. We spend a lot of our time out on site, dealing with the actual building work. The traffic on Digi Road is usually quite heavy, so we’ve learned to get an early start to avoid the worst of it. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past to show people what we can do. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but that is just the nature of construction. We try to be honest about how things are going. We aren't some big firm from out of town; we are locals who know the area well. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next brick or the next wall. It is hard work but it keeps us going every day.
