Our spot is over in Narhe, Pune. We are in the Ashiyana building in Manaji Nagar. It’s flat number A-2 204. If you're coming through S NO 43/60/1, you’ll find us easily enough. Shivsmit Urban Multiple Nidhi Limited is basically just us in a small office space. Pune is always growing and moving fast, but Narhe feels a bit more grounded. We handle the usual savings stuff that Nidhi companies do. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. There are a lot of files on the shelves and the printer makes a loud noise sometimes. We mostly deal with locals who live in the surrounding flats. It's nice because we see the same people every month. We don't use any complicated systems, just enough to keep things organized. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic these days, but we’re usually here on time. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping folks manage their money a bit better. Sometimes we have tea breaks and talk about the local news or what's happening in the building. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We don't have a website with flashy photos. What you see is what you get when you walk through the door. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s been okay so far and we plan to stay around.
