Shivratna Construction

Operating out of Rajgurunagar in Taluka Khed, we’ve been part of the local building scene for some time. Being in Maharashtra, we have to deal with all sorts of weather while trying to get our construction jobs finished. Our daily routine involves getting to the site early, checking on the workers, and seeing if the bricks and sand arrived. It's a lot of manual labor and basic management. We don't use any fancy tech, just the usual tools and our experience. People in this part of Pune district know us because we’ve been working on sites around here for years. It’s a straightforward business. We take on various projects depending on what people need. Sometimes we're busy for months, other times it's a bit slower. We try to keep things moving though. The office is just a place to store our files and meet people. Mostly, you’ll find us where the actual building is happening. It’s dusty and noisy work, but that’s construction. We don't talk about grand visions, we just focus on laying the bricks straight and making sure the structure is solid. It's a tough way to make a living but it's what we do. We know the local suppliers and how things work around Khed. Just a regular bunch of guys working on building sites day in and day out. We have our own way of doing things and it works for us and the people we build for. It's about being on time and making sure the materials don't go to waste.
