Shivnishtha Urban Nidhi Limited is based out in Dholwad, which is near Ale Phata in the Junnar region of Pune. We are located care of Gangaram Ganpat Nalawade. This area is quite beautiful with the hills around, but the work here is very much grounded in the local village life. Dholwad is the kind of place where you know your neighbor’s business and everyone says hello on the road. Our office is a simple room where we keep our files and meet with the people from around the 412409 area. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means. We have some old chairs and a sturdy table where all the writing gets done. Sometimes the cows walk past the window or you hear the sounds of the village while we are working on the accounts. It’s a long way from the city of Pune, and we like it that way. We don’t have complicated rules about how to talk to us. People just come in when they have time, often after they have finished their work in the fields for the day. We manage the Nidhi operations with a focus on being clear and keeping things moving. There isn’t any need for big speeches or fancy marketing here. We just sit at the desk, open the books, and do what needs to be done for the folks who trust us with their records and their paperwork each day.
