You can find us over in Lane Number 5 of Shahu Colony in the Karvenagar area of Pune. The office is set up at Survey Number 10/9/3, which is the property of Nilesh Ananta Warghde. It’s a typical local spot. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Instead, we have a simple entrance and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. Pune can get pretty busy, and Karvenagar is no exception, but our lane is slightly away from the main noise. Inside, the staff just gets on with the work of running Shivleela Urban Nidhi. We have our computers and some big folders where we keep all the records. It’s mostly just paperwork and talking to the people who live around Shahu Colony. We’ve become part of the routine here. We see the same faces most weeks. We don’t have any polished marketing speeches to give. If someone comes in, we just tell them how things work and help them with their forms. The office has a lot of natural light in the morning, which is nice. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a working office, so there’s always something on the desks. We stay until the books are balanced for the day. It’s a practical place for practical work. We are just a small team of local people doing our jobs in this corner of Pune.
