Our place is located at S.No. 6/1 in Abhinav Nagar, which is over in Old Sangvi. It's a quieter part of Pune compared to the main city center, which suits us just fine. Shiveye Realty Business Private Limited is basically run out of this spot. We’ve been here for a bit, and we know most of the people on the street by now. The office is pretty basic. We have some chairs and a computer, and that’s about it. We don't see the point in having a flashy showroom or expensive furniture. Most of what we do involves just keeping track of what's available in the local market. Old Sangvi has a lot of narrow lanes and it can be a bit tricky to navigate if you aren't from around here. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood and checking out different sites. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy throughout the week. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, so we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. We aren't trying to be some massive firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small operation here in Abhinav Nagar. We handle the documents and the meetings without making much of a fuss. If you’re in the area, you might see us around. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here.
