You can find us in the Shivane industrial area, specifically at Sr. No. 83-2/4 on NDA Road. We are right near Vidyut Controls. This part of Pune is always full of activity. At Johnson Plastosonic Pvt. Ltd., we work with plastic welding and ultrasonic machines. It is a specific kind of work, but we have been doing it for years. The shop is filled with the sound of machines humming and the smell of warm plastic. We have a small crew of guys who know the equipment inside and out. The floors are a bit stained and the walls could use some paint, but the machines run well. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. Most of our day is spent at the benches, making sure the settings are just right. If the bond isn't perfect, we have to do it all over again. The road outside gets very muddy when it rains, so we have to clean the floors a lot. There is a small eatery down the road where we all go for lunch. We usually talk about cricket or our families while we eat. It is not a glamorous business, but it is steady. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. We just look out for each other and get the orders out the door. Shivane is a good place for our business.
