Our workshop is located at number 77 in the Vishnu Malati Industrial Estate. This is over in the Shivane area of Pune. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but it’s a good spot for what we do. The estate is tucked away, and you can see the hills in the distance on a clear day. We have a decent amount of space here to set up our tools and store our materials. The building is a sturdy brick structure that has seen a lot of use over the years. We spend most of our time on the shop floor. It’s not a quiet place, as there is always some sort of tool running or someone moving boxes. We have a few windows that let in some natural light, which is nice during the winter. In the summer, it can get a bit stuffy, so we keep the big bay doors open to let the breeze in. Our neighbors in the estate are mostly small manufacturers and workshops. We often borrow tools or help each other out when needed. It is a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have any big corporate signs out front. People who need to find us usually just look for the number 77 on the gate. It’s a simple operation, run by a handful of us who show up every morning and stay until the job is done.
