Shivam Construction

Shivam Construction is based out of Market Yard on Qatar Road, specifically at 650/1/4. We spend most of our time on-site at different projects, so the office is mostly for keeping the blueprints and the accounts in order. Construction is a messy business, honestly. There is always mud, cement, and a lot of noise involved in what we do. We started small, just handling minor repairs and local projects around the area. Now we take on a bit more, but the way we work has not changed much. We work with a regular crew of guys who have been with us for a long time. They know how we like things done on a site. It is not always easy, especially when the weather does not cooperate or materials do not show up on time from the suppliers. We just deal with those problems as they come up during the day. We are not trying to build skyscrapers or anything, just solid structures that last for the people who use them. People come to us because they know where to find us and they know we will not disappear halfway through a job. The office is usually a bit chaotic with samples and tools lying around. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. If you come by, you will probably find us looking over some plans or talking to a vendor on the phone. It is just a regular local construction business.
