Rm Group

Rm Group operates out of Chintamani Bungalow, which is located at 1206/ A/6, just off Apte Road in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a bit different than working in a big glass office tower. Being in a bungalow gives the place a more relaxed, lived-in feel. We’ve converted the rooms into workspaces, but you can still tell it was a home once. There’s a bit of a garden area in the front, though we don’t always have time to look after the plants properly. Inside, the floors are old tile and the ceilings are high, which helps keep it cool during the Pune summers. We have our desks spread out across what used to be the living and dining rooms. It’s a quiet street for the most part, though you get the occasional vendor walking by or neighbors chatting. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one so people don't get lost. Our team is small and we don't follow a strict corporate dress code. We usually just wear what's comfortable and get to work. Most of the day is spent on the phone or working through files. We like the atmosphere here because it doesn't feel like a factory. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We’ve been in Shivaji Nagar for a while now and we’ve grown fond of the local bakeries nearby. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business without all the extra polish.
