Shiv Constructions

Shiv Constructions is based out of the Ashok Vijay Complex on M G Road. We are also right there near H K P Road, which some people call Broadway Road. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of movement. We’ve been working out of this office for a good stretch of time. Our work is mostly about buildings and making sure projects get finished. It’s not always easy, especially with all the logistics involved in construction. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some blueprints, and a lot of phone calls. We spend a lot of time out at sites, but this is where we come to handle the paperwork and meet with people. It’s a local operation, and we know the area pretty well. We aren't some massive developer with hundreds of staff. We’re just a group of people who know how to build things and keep things moving. Most days are a mix of dealing with suppliers and checking on the progress of our various jobs. It can get pretty stressful when deadlines are tight, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We like being centrally located on M G Road because it makes it easier for people to find us. If you’re in the Ashok Vijay Complex, you’ll see our door. We’re usually inside drinking tea and trying to sort out the next stage of a project. It’s honest work and we just take it one day at a time, making sure things are done right.
