We operate out of an office in Shivatirth Nagar, which is part of the Kothrud area in Pune. Specifically, we’re located in Flat Number 3 at the Palavi Housing Society. It’s on Paud Road, which stays pretty busy most of the time. Being in a residential building means it’s a bit quieter than a commercial complex, but we still have a lot to manage. Shirdi Country Inns P .Ltd. has its base here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer in this small space. Kothrud is a nice part of town, and having the office here makes it easy for us to get around. It’s not a hotel building itself; it’s more of the place where we handle the behind-the-scenes work. You have to go through the society gates and find Plot 42 to get to us. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things low-key. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Usually, someone is in by nine, and we stay until the work for the day is finished. It’s a practical setup for what we do. There’s no big signage outside, just a small nameplate. We prefer it this way because it keeps things simple.
