We spend most of our days here at 1A-46 in the Chakan Industrial Area. It’s a busy spot in Vasuli Village, and honestly, the noise of the machines is something you just get used to after a while. Shini Plastic Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd isn't some giant faceless thing; it’s just us working with plastic equipment and making sure the orders get out the door. Some mornings are colder than others in Chakan, but once the factory floor heats up, everyone is moving pretty fast. We have a lot of parts lying around, and sometimes the organization isn't perfect, but we know where everything is. The address is a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city, but this is where the work happens. We’ve been at this for some time now. Most of the guys have been here for years, so we all know each other’s names and how everyone likes their tea. It isn't always easy, and sometimes a machine breaks down or a delivery is late because of the traffic on the Taluka Khed roads. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We keep our heads down and handle the plastic tech stuff as best as we can. It’s a practical place, not a showroom. You’ll see grease on the floors and plenty of dust, but that’s because things are actually being built here every single day. We just try to get through the task list.
