We are based at 48 / 413 in the Sant Tukaram Nagar Mhada Complex. It is located on Y.C.M. Road in Pimpri, Pune. Being in a Mhada complex means there are always a lot of neighbors and activity around us. We handle both travels and cargo from this office. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes. One minute we are talking about a bus route and the next we are checking on a cargo shipment. The office has posters of different travel spots on the walls, though they are a bit faded now. We have a few rows of chairs for people who come in to book their travel. It’s a very local feel here. Pimpri is an industrial hub so there is always a lot of heavy vehicle movement on the main road. The dust from the road sometimes settles on our desks but we just wipe it off and keep going. Our staff knows the local routes very well. We don't use a lot of fancy software, just the basic stuff that works for us. Sometimes the office gets crowded when a family comes in to plan a trip. It can be noisy with the traffic from Y.C.M. Road right there. We just focus on getting the bookings right and making sure the cargo is loaded on the right trucks. It’s a simple operation run by people who live nearby. We usually close the shutters by nine at night.
