Shine Realities

Shine Realities is a small shop located in the Sawata Mali Shopping Complex in Hadapsar. We are right there at Shop No 7, not far from the Pune Solapur Road and the Bhai Ropa Nala. It’s a busy area with lots of people passing by every day. The office is pretty small, just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about property. We have maps of the local area pinned to the walls and a few folders full of listings. It’s not a flashy real estate office with glass walls and expensive furniture. We keep it basic so we can focus on what’s important. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or out visiting sites around Hadapsar. We’ve been in this shopping complex for a while, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a good community. We don't do big TV ads or huge billboards. Usually, people just see our sign while they are out shopping and drop in to ask a question. We try to be helpful and honest about what we know. Sometimes it’s busy and we’re all out on the field, so the shop might be locked for an hour, but we’re never far away. It’s a straightforward business run by local people who understand how the neighborhood is growing. We just take things one day at a time.
