Shelduck Import Export Private Limited is based over in Dighi, Pune. Our office is on Plot No.31, right by Aalandi Road. If you know the area, you know Datta Nagar can get a bit busy during rush hour. We’ve been here at Dighi Camp for a while, dealing with all the ins and outs of the import-export trade. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just making sure the documents match up and the goods are moving. The office itself is pretty simple, nothing too flashy. We have a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of folders. Pune weather is usually decent, which helps when we have to go out and check on stuff. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing here. Most of us just wear comfortable clothes and drink a lot of chai while we work. It’s a lot of coordination with different people all over the place. We’ve had some long days when shipments get delayed, but that’s just how this business goes. Dighi is a good spot for us, close enough to the city but not right in the middle of the chaos. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving forward. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, and that’s just fine by us. We’re just local people doing our bit in the trade world.
