Shelar Land Developer

Our office is near the Pune Cantonment Board, specifically on Judges Bunglows Road. It is an area with a lot of history and big trees that shade the streets. At Shelar Land Developer, we deal with a lot of paperwork and land records. Our desks are usually piled high with site maps and government forms. It is not the kind of place where you will find people in fancy suits. We are more comfortable in our regular clothes, heading out to look at a patch of land or meeting someone at the registration office. Judges Bunglows Road is a good spot because it is central enough for people to find us easily. We have a small seating area for visitors, but we are often out in the field. Developing land takes a lot of patience and a lot of phone calls to different departments. We spend our days checking boundaries and making sure the titles are clear. It is a lot of driving around Pune and talking to different owners. Sometimes a deal takes months to sort out, so we spend a lot of time waiting for news. In the office, we have a big map of the area pinned to the wall with various markers on it. It is a bit old-fashioned, but it helps us keep track of everything. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep the documents organized as best as we can.
