The workshop is over at 84/2/10 in Bhosari, specifically in the Bhekrai Nagar area. We are tucked inside the Navyug Colony Premises Co Op Society. It’s an industrial vibe around here, as you might expect for this part of town. Most of us get in early before the sun gets too high. There is always that specific sound of machines and metal that you get used to after a few days. Sheetal Dies & Tools Pvt Ltd is the name on the papers, but most people just know us as the guys in the colony who handle the tool work. The space isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. Tables are usually covered in drawings and small parts. We’ve got a small corner for sitting down and having lunch together. It’s a bit noisy when everything is running at once, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. Dealing with the society rules and the neighbors keeps us on our toes sometimes. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the walls have seen a lot of projects come and go. It’s a practical place, no bells or whistles. You won't find any fancy reception area here, just the workbench and the tools we use every day. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. By the time evening rolls around, we’re usually ready to pack up and head home.
