Shashi Prabhu & Associates

You can find us over in Aundh, Pune. Our office is at Sitai Park on D.P. Road, specifically unit C-14. Shashi Prabhu & Associates is basically a group of us working on various projects. Pune is a busy place these days, and Aundh has grown quite a lot since we first started here. Our day usually involves a lot of sitting around a table looking at drawings or sitting in front of a computer screen. It’s not just office work, though. We do have to go out and see what’s actually happening on the ground quite often. It’s good to get out of the office and see some daylight, even if the sites are messy. We try to keep things pretty informal here. There’s no dress code or anything like that; we just wear what’s comfortable for the work we’re doing. Sometimes we have long discussions about a particular detail that probably doesn't matter to anyone else, but that's just how we are. We've been in this building for a while, and we know the neighbors well. It’s a nice enough spot to work. We don't really spend money on fancy ads or anything. Most people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our name on a project. We just do our work and go home.
