Sharp Baby Care Products

Our place is out in Nanekarwadi, which is part of the Chakan area. We are located on Gat 301/1. Chakan is mostly known for big factories, but we focus on making baby care products here. It is a bit of a different pace compared to the auto plants nearby. The facility is set up for manufacturing and we spend most of our time making sure the machines are clean and running correctly. It’s a practical setup with a production line and a small area for storage. Because we make things for babies, we have to be a bit more careful about how we handle everything, but it’s still very much a factory environment. The commute out to Nanekarwadi can be a bit long depending on the traffic, so we all start pretty early in the morning. We don’t have a big sales team or a fancy showroom. We just focus on the production side of things and making sure the boxes are packed right. Sometimes the weather out here gets a bit extreme, but the building holds up well enough. We’ve been building up the operation over time and it’s finally starting to feel like a solid routine. It’s just a group of local people working hard to make sure the products are made properly every single day.
