Sharma Packers & Movers is located at Plot Number 150 on the first floor. We are right above the Haveli Hotel in Nigdi, which makes it very easy for people to locate us. Being in Transport Nagar means we are right where the trucks are. It is a busy place with a lot of movement. Our office is just a regular room where we manage our schedules and talk to customers. You can usually smell the food from the hotel downstairs during lunchtime. We spend most of our time out on the field. Packing up a house takes a lot of patience. We have to wrap every plate and make sure the furniture is covered so it does not get scratched. It is a lot of physical labor, carrying boxes up and down stairs. Nigdi is a good location because it connects us to all the major routes out of the city. We don't have any polished corporate talk. We just tell people how much it will cost and how many men we will send to do the work. The office is often a bit cluttered with rolls of tape and extra blankets for padding. We just try to keep things moving along. It is a basic business run by people who are not afraid of getting their hands dirty. When we are not moving furniture, we are usually here fixing the trucks or drinking tea and planning the next day.
