Sharayu Screen Arts

Sharayu Screen Arts is located over at 209/5 in Bhosari. It’s a small shop where we do all our screen printing and art work. If you walk in, you’ll probably smell the ink and the cleaning chemicals right away. It’s not a clean, sterile environment; there are ink stains on the floor and stacks of screens leaning against the walls. We’ve been in Bhosari for a while now, and we like being part of the industrial community here. We don't have a big sales team or a fancy showroom. Most people just come in with an idea or a sample, and we see what we can do. It’s a lot of hands-on work, getting the screens aligned and making sure the colors look okay. Sometimes the machines act up or a batch doesn't turn out quite right, and we have to start over. That’s just the nature of the job. We don't use any high-tech automation; it’s mostly manual labor and paying attention to the details. We’re usually here late if there’s a big order to finish. We don't pretend to be some big corporate agency. We’re just a small shop doing screen work for local folks and other businesses around here. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy and we’ve made a lot of friends in the neighborhood over the years.
