Sharad Mashalkar Design Associates

We are located over near Sahjanand Market on Senapati Bapat Road. It's usually pretty busy around here with people coming and going. Sharad started this design firm a while back and we have been in this same spot ever since. We do a lot of drawings and planning for various types of buildings. Sometimes the office gets a little messy with all the blueprints and sketches lying around, but we usually know exactly where everything is. People come in with a vague idea of what they want, and we try our best to put those thoughts onto paper for them. It’s not always easy work, but it's what we do every day. We spend a massive amount of time at our desks staring at screens. If you're ever walking past Pankore Naka, you will probably see our sign. Most of our projects are just regular design jobs for local folks. We don't try to be too fancy. We just focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the person who hired us is happy with how it looks. Lunchtime is usually when it gets quiet because we all head out to the local food stalls nearby. Then it's back to the pens and computers for the rest of the afternoon. We aren't a huge firm by any means, just a few of us working together. Sometimes the phone rings too much and other times it's dead quiet for hours. That is just how it goes here.
